What is the difference between IPX6 and IPX7

When I wrote the article on the comparison of the Max 2 and the CalorI was struck by the fact that the Max 2 does not seem to be waterproof, whereas the Calor is. Yet Lovense assures that the Max 2 is waterproof. strange, strange?

The Max 2 is IPX6 rated

The difference in tightness between the Max 2 and the Calor The main difference is in the protection index, the famous IPX standard. The Max 2 is IPX6, which means that it is protected against strong water jets (flow rate of 100l/min) but for a maximum of 3 minutes.

The Calor is IPX7 rated

The Calor benefits from the advances of Lovense, it is equipped with an IPX7 which makes it waterproof up to 30min to 1m deep. Practical for use in the shower but also... in the bath?
