What is the difference between IPX6 and IPX7

When I wrote the article on the comparison of the Max 2 and the Calor, I was struck by the fact that the Max 2 does not seem to be waterproof, whereas the Calor is. Yet Lovense assures that the Max 2 is waterproof. strange, strange? The Max 2 is IPX6 rated.
